Bollinger Dinner Evening
We're delighted to be hosting a special Bollinger event on Thursday 15th September, alongside Justin Liddle, Director at Mentzendorff. The evening will commence with a drink's reception at 6.30pm, followed by dinner at 7pm.
The evening will focus around experiencing some of the finest wines & champagne, along with an exquisite 6 course tasting menu, cooked by our Executive Head Chef Damien Tumilty in our very own AA Rosette awarded Seahorse Restaurant.
Each course will be created using locally sourced produce of the highest quality and will be specifically paired alongside the most flavoursome Bollinger wines and champagnes as selected by Justin.
